A Good Principle For Learning

If you're a trainer or trainee, there are things you should know;
1) As a trainer,
- It's your obligation to make your trainees learn; so make sure they understand you, and that they know it.
- It's your obligation to ensure that your efforts are not in vain.

2) And as a trainee,
- It's your obligation to learn what is taught by (your) the trainer.
- It's your obligation to make your trainer know that you have not understood so that her or she can help you.
- And that it's your obligation to make sure that your efforts are not in vain.

There is a piece of advice for you as a learner;
"It's always good to ask a question about anything you're learning, so don't ask if only ask if the lesson is about learning not to ask questions when you're learning."

Asking questions will tell your trainer and you the degree to which you've understood, and will help him know the best way he can make you understand better, even the best approach he can use to make save time while training you next time.

A good trainee will ask a question, and a good trainer will answer it cheerfully; this shouldn't be hard for anyone to understand. It's simply good to learn, to and make others learn is a great pleasure for a good trainer.
