Sometime back I read a certain text were it was quoted that if you don't give people what belongs to them, who will give you yours? And from the day I read this piece of work my attitude towards serving others [work] and taking my share [I mean what belongs to me] changed. This text taught me that it's through giving others what belongs to them that I earn what belongs to me; my share.
In some other book, one author also wrote that one of the prime principles of success is making your self more important. And, when I thought about this very well, in different perspectives, I realized that this also means that giving people what they deserve, want or need can make someone successful; realize his or her dreams, ambitions or plans.
Now, many of us are employed somewhere and this simply means we are under someone care, responsibility, observation or supervision, and so we are accountable for our activities in our place(s) of work. But what most of us don't know is that our activity in things that belong to others or that have an effect on others has a direct relationship with our dreams, ambitions and plans.
Now friends, put this on your mind and never forget it; when it comes to work, no matter where you apply your knowledge and effort, every effort you make is like a brick added to your dream house [your dreams, plans or ambitions], so put it carefully. Be sure it'll make your dream come out just the way you want it... Serving those around you is the beginning of making your dream(s) come true.
